Constant interaction with clients and suppliers to optimize processes. **Job Description** -------------------------- Responsible for tracking scheduled routes for the AUDI client, from route initiation with the collection of production materials through delivery to the AUDI client, as well as tracking empty equipment return and managing any incidents or deviations arising during the route; reporting any delays that could affect material delivery within the timeframes established by the client, maintaining constant communication and addressing the client’s needs.**Requirements** -------------- • Completed degree in economics/administration, logistics, industrial engineering, international trade, or related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). • Decision-making and conflict-resolution skills. • Proactive attitude and analytical thinking. • Ability to identify priorities and work collaboratively in teams. • Capacity for effective communication. • Strong documentation practices.**Responsibilities** --------------------- • Provide timely and effective customer service regarding route status and/or requested information. • Track routes from material collection through on-time delivery to the client. • Monitor critical materials punctually and maintain smooth, effective communication with the client. • Ensure cross-border crossings and customs clearances, as well as promptly manage any process deviations. • Identify route-related risks and propose and pursue alternatives to guarantee on-time delivery. • Notify the client of process deviations causing material delivery delays and confirm coverage. • Manage supplier and client dwell times via “Stop, call & wait” and false freight charges. • Maintain good communication with clients, suppliers, and transportation carriers. • Propose process improvements.
