* Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree (in Economics and Administration, Psychology, or related field) * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and State Taxes * Experience with payroll ERP systems (Aspel NOI is desirable) * Thorough knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), and REPSE regulations * Familiarity with Official Mexican Standards (NOMs) and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SGH) * Proven experience in conflict mediation and conciliation * Experience managing legal files Responsibilities: * Payroll processing * Monthly tax calculations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, EXPENDITURES, REPSE) * Contract control and follow-up * Worker file control and follow-up * Fiscal and legal file control and follow-up * Organization of internal events * Attendance and punctuality monitoring * Monitoring and updating of formats, policies, regulations, and emergency brigades * Inventory of uniforms and tools * REPSE contract follow-up * Management of client portals (REPSE) WE OFFER * Indefinite-term employment contract * Complimentary uniforms * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 12 PM * Work location: Periférico Poniente * Statutory benefits Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
