Responsibilities * Budget and cost management: Preparation, monitoring, and control of budgets; analysis of labor, material, and machinery costs. * Personnel administration: Organize and supervise on-site personnel. * Documentation and contracts: Manage contracts, technical files, and official project documentation. * Technical supervision: Verify construction processes (e.g., electrical networks, wells, sanitary drainage, and potable water systems) for real estate development. * Procurement and supply management. * On-site supervision 2–3 times per week. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree and **certified** in Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum **4 years** in construction or supervision of urban development fronts (earthworks, infrastructure, and civil works). * Personal vehicle required for transportation. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced interpretation of construction drawings. * Municipal, state, and federal technical regulations. * Validation of topographic surveys and leveling data. **Required Technological Tools** Engineering Software: AutoCAD (Basic/LT) and BIM Collaborate (Docs). **We Offer:** **Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM** **Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM** Net salary Statutory benefits Gasoline vouchers Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting from $23,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
