




Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in a metalworking workshop to supervise projects, program laser cutting, manage materials, and lead workshop staff—ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Design and programming of projects in AutoCAD 2D and laser cutting. 2. Comprehensive material management and supervision of production and finishing. 3. Leadership and task assignment to workshop personnel. An Architect is required to work in a metalworking workshop, preferably with prior experience in metalworking, carpentry, aluminum, or construction-related workshops. A valid driver's license is preferred. "ACTIVITIES" Project Previews: Prepare project previews in AutoCAD 2D on time and as instructed, specifying dimensions and materials; include cut proposals that enhance the aesthetic appearance of fabricated elements. Laser Cutting Equipment: Program and cut steel plates, optimizing material usage and minimizing waste. Material Lists for Quotations: Specify to sales staff the materials required for each project. Site Measurements: Visit project sites to take fabrication measurements using the official measurement form; request additional information from sales staff as needed to complete the form. Material Quantification: For upcoming projects, specify all required materials for procurement—including metalwork components, locks, door handles, pull handles, polycarbonate, specialty primers, and all other elements necessary for correct and complete project installation. Task Assignment to Personnel (after each project completion): Assign tasks to each team member according to their skills and area of expertise. It is important to progressively understand personnel capabilities to ensure accurate task allocation. Daily Supervision of Personnel Progress: Periodically visit the workshop floor to verify that metalworkers are fabricating according to instructions and assigned timelines; randomly check measurements and confirm alignment with approved previews. Daily Supervision of Finishing Work (by metalworkers, detailers, and painters): Ensure detailed finishing, puttying, and painting are executed as finely as possible—without patches—and with well-defined lines. Supervision of Installation (per delivery): Follow the official job delivery procedure and remind installers of the same. Weekly Delivery Scheduling (Friday afternoon or Saturday morning) Material Ordering for Upcoming Jobs (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Organization of project files in the working folder, including the measurement form, approved previews, and fabrication previews. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
