We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst to design, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations as well as continuous improvement of internal processes. NOT A PRODUCTION QMS ANALYST. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the correct implementation and maintenance of the quality management system. * Follow up on internal audits to verify compliance with regulations, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. * Develop, document, and communicate processes and procedures clearly and understandably across all organizational levels. * Propose and track corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage and analyze quality management-related information to identify areas for improvement. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audits and quality management. * Up-to-date knowledge of ISO 9001 standards. * Experience in process creation and documentation. * Analytical and administrative skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. **We offer:** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Statutory benefits. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
