Job Description Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and social events to the highest quality standards, ensuring memorable and personalized guest experiences aligned with SLS brand luxury standards, Ennismore corporate policies, and hotel operational guidelines. * Oversee end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of weddings and social events—from quotation through post-event closure. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional guidance, personalized service, and continuous follow-up throughout the entire process. * Collaborate closely with internal departments (Banquets, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Decoration, Maintenance, Security, Finance, and Sales) to ensure flawless execution. * Prepare service orders, event timelines, setup diagrams, and operational checklists for each event. * Coordinate and supervise external vendors (e.g., decorators, florists, audiovisual providers, entertainment, photographers), ensuring adherence to hotel standards. * Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring compliance with scheduled timelines, approved designs, and agreed-upon guest experiences. * Promptly address and resolve any incidents or special requests during events. * Ensure compliance with contracts, internal policies, safety regulations, civil protection requirements, and applicable legal guidelines. * Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and document agreements, changes, and authorizations. * Support promotion of additional services (upselling) to maximize event department revenue. * Prepare post-event reports and follow up on client satisfaction. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Wedding or Social Events Coordinator in luxury hotels or all-inclusive resorts. * Experience serving international clients and destination weddings. * Planning and coordination of high-end social events. * Drafting of contracts, service orders, and timelines. * Vendor management and negotiation skills. * Client service excellence and ability to handle pressure situations. * Advanced English proficiency.
