Hilton is looking for a dynamic professional who is well\-rounded, business\-minded, and passionate about luxury hospitality. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: * Research, solicit, and generate new group opportunities through proactive sales efforts, maximizing room revenue streams to meet and exceed lead generation goals. * Represent both properties in the development of market segment(s) and new customer relationships while maintaining existing relations with assigned accounts. * Develop and execute business strategies by analyzing historical, current, and future market trends to capture the maximum amount of group revenue. * Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales and internal partners to secure business opportunities. * Develop and execute plans to engage in outside sales calls, client meetings, tradeshows, and customer events. * Maintain an updated pipeline of business opportunities aligned with both short\- and long\-term objectives for the hotels. * Represent the hotels in all client interactions, including preparing proposals, conducting site inspections, and executing contracts. * Coordinate customer specifications (including rooms, food and beverage, and meeting space requirements) via Delphi FDC, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Hilton standards. * Negotiate contracts and agreements that both achieve the hotels’ financial goals and strengthen customer relationships. ### **What are we looking for?** As the **Complex Group Sales Manager** for Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya \& Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya, you will represent the pinnacle of luxury hospitality, building strong relationships with clients and showcasing two extraordinary resorts.
