Human Resources Assistant Director **Assistant Director of Human Resources** Assists the Director of Human Resources in the overall management and administration of the human resources function. Specific responsibilities include hiring; employee/labor relations and investigations, wage and salary administration, training and development, affirmative action compliance, workers’ compensation and safety, and implementation of policies and programs as directed by corporate offices. ### **What will I be doing?** The Assistant Director of Human Resources directs and ensures the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function, including recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements, and execution of employee relations activities. The goal is to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives. The Assistant Director is also accountable for ensuring a proactive Human Resources environment consistent with profitability objectives.
