Job Description Support in the control, analysis, and recording of food and beverage, supplies, and materials costs for the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information, compliance with internal procedures, and timely support to operational areas for efficient resource management. * Daily registration of inventory receipts, issues, and consumption in the system (Food \& Beverage and Operational). * Verify that prices, units of measure, and suppliers are correctly entered into the system. * Perform comparisons between theoretical and actual inventories, identify discrepancies, and follow up for corrections. * Assist in developing recipe costing, standardizations, and sales cost analysis. * Review purchase requisitions, issue vouchers, transfers, and returns to ensure proper documentation. * Participate in monthly and random physical inventories across various departments (Kitchens, Bars, Warehouse, Steward, etc.). * Analyze consumption variances and report them to the Cost Manager and relevant departments. * Monitor consumption of amenities, kits, and materials by department. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with internal control procedures established by Audit. Requirements * Knowledge of F&B costing. * Experience with Opera, SAP, BirchStreet systems. * Proficiency in Excel tools (tables, formulas, reconciliations). * Inventory management experience. * Numerical analysis and data reconciliation skills.
