BESTA AUTOMOTIVE LEASING: WE ARE SEEKING: Claims Center Operator or GPS Monitor Description We are a leading automotive leasing company, seeking talent for our claims department: **CLAIMS CENTER OPERATOR** **Job Objective:** Provide emergency assistance and follow-up to drivers and handle claims to prevent fatalities, thefts, or vehicles being impounded. Additionally, support operations requiring vehicle reactivation due to late payments and data updates. **Job Profile:** * Experience as a monitor or in a claims center * Education: Completed high school or incomplete university degree * Availability to work rotating shifts (day, evening, or night) **· Minimum 3 years of experience as a claims center operator or in monitoring roles at insurance companies or fleet management companies.** * Responsible for departmental performance indicators. * Answer 100% of incoming phone calls and ensure effective claim handling. * Zero units unlocatable due to connectivity issues. * Zero theft incidents and less than 1% impoundments or detentions. **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of auto insurance claim adjustments. * Vehicle unit monitoring. * Ability to work full shifts, weekends, and holidays due to the nature and requirements of the position. * Basic Excel skills; familiarity with vehicle monitoring platforms. **We Offer:** * Work location: Monterrey. * Full IMSS registration. * Grocery vouchers. * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Growth opportunities.
