Essential Requirements * Minimum 1 year of verifiable warehouse experience. * Proficiency in **counterbalanced and double-reach forklifts (reverse steering)**. *(Mandatory: must operate both types; candidates operating only one type will not be accepted).* * Experience with Crown or Raymond brands (preferred). * Valid DC3 license or driver's license (issued 2023 or later). * Completed secondary education. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Ability to work in cold and frozen environments (\-22 °C). **Required Technical Skills** * Operation of electric pallet jacks. * Picking from dynamic racks, floor stocking, and lifting up to 6 levels. * Use of handheld devices and WMS systems. * Execution of daily safety checklists.
