




**Requirements** * Age 30 to 45 * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field; master's degree desirable with professional license * 3 verifiable years in similar positions; managing service workshops for heavy-duty and utility vehicle fleets * Valid type B driver's license **Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance * Manage human, material, and technical workshop resources before the respective departments * Implement continuous improvement processes in workshop services * Ensure compliance with vehicle safety, environmental, and quality regulations * Review and approve service orders and work reports * Control inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies * Coordinate work shifts and task assignments * Manage ongoing training for workshop personnel * Ensure vehicles are available for academic, logistical, and administrative activities * Maintain communication with academic and administrative units to schedule services **Skills and knowledge** * Automotive mechanics (diesel and gasoline) * Automotive electrical and electronic systems * Computerized diagnostic systems * Industrial safety, environmental, and transportation regulations * Proficiency in Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Leadership and technical team management * Planning and organization * Technical problem solving * Effective communication and collaborative work **We offer** Biweekly base salary Statutory benefits Development plan Job type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
