**We are seeking: Branch and Sales Manager.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree / Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, LAE, or related field (certified). * At least 3 years of experience as general manager, branch manager, CEDIS manager, or similar role focused on commercial and operational areas. * Experience in the B2B industrial sales sector (building materials, hardware industry, chemical products, machinery, or related fields). * Process management and customer follow-up using CRM systems. * Inventory management and internal tracking using ERP systems. * KPI and EBITDA control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized attention to key accounts for quotation follow-up, budgets, product deliveries, and overall sales. * Ensure monthly sales targets are met with the assigned sales team. * Visit clients at plants, branches, warehouses, and storage facilities for follow-ups. * Prepare monthly reports for regional and executive management. * Verify compliance with applicable legal regulations at the facility. **Offer:** * Monthly gross salary between $65,000 and $75,000 depending on experience. * Statutory benefits and additional benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday / Saturday if operational needs require it. * Location: Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas.
