




**Job Description** ------------------------- Provide technical advisory to customers supported by the sales representative of the Industrial segment regarding knowledge of production processes that use cement, aggregates, and additives. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Executes, together with management and sales personnel, the technical advisory program. \- Conducts studies defining the competitiveness of CEMEX mixtures compared to competitors. \- Plans and directs technical studies related to customer manufacturing processes to increase their efficiency. \- Acts as a means of technology transfer to our customers and to the company. \- Ensures that the analytical quality monitoring service complies with applicable regulations and informs the client about compliance status. \- Schedules and supervises activities of assigned laboratory technicians. \- Develops and coordinates programs involving customers, educational institutions, or government agencies, aiming to guide and focus activities toward desired objectives. \- Participates in and supports events related to education, dissemination, and promotion of cement. **Position Challenges** -------------------- * Increase in number of clients and sales volume (advisory and training for CEMEX clients) * Technical focus (business-oriented approach) * Free advisory services (building relationships based on shared value and benefits) **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ General: Engineering degrees (Chemical, Civil, Industrial, Materials), CEA: 659 Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial production processes (cement, concrete, vibro) Required Knowledge: Customer service, Production and construction processes, Research and development, Construction materials, Regulations, Auditing, Critical competencies, Customer focus, Results orientation, Decision-making, Negotiation, Problem solving, Business acumen, Conflict management. **Relationships** -------------- * Internal: Commercial Managers (Reports activities with priority and/or key clients) + Bulk Sales Representatives (Schedule advisory sessions for priority and/or key clients) + Head of Offer Design (Coordinate policies, standards, and institutional-level projects) + Head of Commercial Development Implementation (Define processes, advisory standards, appropriate procedures for issues, and manage monthly reports) + Senior Quality Advisor (Manage testing programs at CEMEX concrete plants) * External Independent institutions (Identify areas of opportunity) * Industrial and laboratory equipment suppliers (Promote sales of company products) * Standardization and certification bodies (Manage national projects and resolve government-related issues) * Technical experts outside CEMEX (Connect CEMEX clients with technical needs unrelated to cement application, e.g., mechanical experts, construction companies, programmers, etc.) * Customers (Provide technical advisory activities coordinated with the Sales Representative) **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** ----------------------------------- At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and operate.
