Acueducto, near Plaza Andares, in Zapopan, Jalisco.* *Key responsibilities:* *Manage assigned accounts and provide timely follow-up to clients.* *Coordinate import and export shipments (air, sea, and land).* *Make bookings with shipping lines and airlines.* *Issue House Bills of Lading (HBL) for exports.* *Create and update electronic files.* *Update shipment information in the system (dates, documents, status).* *Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (BL), and customs entry forms.
