Knowledge in various maintenance areas At Casa Hogar Alegría, we are looking for a GENERAL MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT: * *Knowledge in general property maintenance (painting, finishing work, gardening, plumbing, basic electrical work, etc.)* * *Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position* * *Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.* * *Assistance to the driver department for transporting girls to schools (only during specific hours; most of the time is dedicated to property maintenance)* * *Valid driver’s license required; driving test will be conducted* * *Work location: San Agustín, next to the sports complex* * *Legal benefits provided; biweekly payment* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Experience: * General maintenance: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
