WE OFFER: Base salary: $11,000 monthly Performance bonus of up to $10,000 additional Statutory benefits Excellent work environment Opportunity for professional development Fuel card REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 6 months’ experience in collections and fieldwork * No restrictions regarding transportation or working hours * Negotiation skills * Valid driver’s license required RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct home-based collections for assigned accounts; complete physical and/or digital visit forms; and record the outcomes of collection activities in the collections management system. Meet the daily quota of home visits, as well as productivity, quality, and human resources targets. Negotiate with customers by offering alternative payment options, as well as possible exit programs enabling them to regularize their account, reactivate service, or recover equipment. Identify alternative scheduling options and contact methods to locate customers, their relatives, or third parties—ensuring successful visits. Verify and collect customer contact information to facilitate communication.
