We are currently seeking a **Quality Assistant** for a leading construction materials company. **Position Purpose:** Ensure that manufactured materials meet established quality standards through the implementation of inspection, monitoring, and evaluation processes that guarantee compliance. **Position Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in civil or industrial engineering * Minimum 1 year of experience in **quality testing, raw material sampling in construction.** * **Experience in raw material quality, sampling, technical testing** * Experience in quality, strength, consistency * Proficiency in Excel, sample registration, testing, quality control * Flexible availability **Job Responsibilities:** * Receiving materials, bulk cement trucks * Dust collection from area * Support in developing the area's quality and organizational manual * Conduct material receiving inspections (sand, lime, cement, blocks), verifying quality, quantity, and conditions * Assist in taking samples and performing basic quality tests (granulometry, moisture, strength, appearance, etc.) * Record and manage test results and quality reports * Follow up on non-conformities, returns, or quality-related complaints * Assist in creating and updating quality procedures and instructions * Maintain organized and updated records, forms, and control logs * Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify storage and transportation conditions that ensure material preservation * Gross monthly salary $9,474.00 * Biweekly payments * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacations, Christmas bonus, PTU * Bonuses based on performance indicators **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturdays 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM** **Work Location: Carreretera Tuxtla\- Chiapa de Corzo**
