France Pasion is seeking an Event Operator: Vacancy for France Pasion: Event Operator Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or Administration (ideal but not mandatory) Gender: Unrestricted Age: 25 years or older Ability to drive a car; valid driver’s license required Passion for gourmet cuisine Experience in organizing and creating events Adaptable and flexible to work various shifts and at different venues where events are held Proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities: Organize and manage materials for events Organize and manage products for events Coordinate, operate, and actively participate in events under the supervision of the Event Director Prospect new events Serve as responsible person for certain events Booth preparation: food, cash handling, itineraries, direct sales to the public, etc. We offer: Minimum statutory base salary plus benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation days) Bonuses up to MXN $2,500 Commission for each event exclusively managed by you Full-time position: 48 hours per week, on-site at La Herradura, Naucalpan; however, this role may require additional weekly hours depending on scheduled events—such extra time is compensated with rest days, and Sundays count as double hours.
