




**WORKSHOP MANAGER** **Company: CAPASA** **Location: La Paz, B.C.S.** **CAPASA**, a leading company in the tractor-trailer and truck industry, is seeking a Workshop Manager with experience in operational supervision, process control, and leadership of technical staff, focused on results, quality, and safety. **Position Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise workshop operations, ensuring compliance with maintenance and repair schedules, delivery timelines, service quality, and company-established safety guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the workshop’s team of specialized technicians. * Assign and track work orders. * Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and quality standards. * Coordinate workshop workload and resources. * Supervise proper use of spare parts, tools, and equipment. * Prepare productivity, performance, and incident reports. * Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain constant communication with administrative, operational, and service departments. * Propose process improvements to optimize workshop operations. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s/degree in engineering (industrial, administration, automotive mechanics, or related field). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Workshop Manager, Workshop Supervisor, or similar position. * Experience managing and leading technical personnel. * Knowledge of workshop processes, work order control, and maintenance operations. * Skills in organization, decision-making, and problem-solving. * Basic computer skills (reporting, control, and tracking). * Flexible availability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities within a leading company in the sector. * Excellent working environment.
