




**Job Description: Integration Assistant – Private Security** **Position:** **Integration Assistant** **Department:** Human Resources / Recruitment **Location:** **Las Palmas, Querétaro** **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 18:00 hrs** **Salary:** **MXN $12,000 per month** **Biweekly Pay:** **MXN $5,600 per 14-day period** **Position Objective** Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, focusing on **security personnel integration**, ensuring that recruitment, documentation, and administrative management processes are carried out in an organized manner and in accordance with internal guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage **recruitment and selection** processes for candidates (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring) * Administer **hiring, termination, and final settlements** for security personnel. * Assist in reviewing **pre-payroll and attendance records**. * Control and monitor the **petty cash fund** for minor department-related expenses. * Maintain up-to-date **personnel files** and required documentation. * Provide internal administrative guidance and support to employees. * Prepare periodic **administrative reports** for the department. **Requirements** * Minimum education level: (technical degree or studies in administration or related fields preferred). * Prior experience of **6 months to 1 year** in HR administrative processes. * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel). * Strong **organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills**. **Valued Competencies** * Proactivity and service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Confidential handling of employee information. **Benefits** * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, vacation days, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). * **Grocery Vouchers:** MXN $500 per month Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company-provided mobile phone * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site
