**Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all deck operations, including cargo loading and unloading maneuvers. * Ensure the safe use of cranes, slings, cables, shackles, and other lifting equipment. * Plan and execute material and equipment movements in accordance with operational procedures. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies. * Coordinate deck personnel during critical operations and work at height. * Inspect lifting equipment and accessories to verify optimal conditions prior to each lift. * Report incidents, unsafe conditions, and maintain records of performed operations. * Collaborate with other departments (drilling, maintenance, logistics) to ensure operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in offshore operations or jack-up platforms. * Knowledge of lifting operations and deck safety. * Valid certifications (STCW, HUET, Rigging & Lifting, etc.). * Ability to lead teams and make decisions under pressure. * Basic/intermediate English desirable.
