




At RECIO ENERGY, we are seeking a Consultative Sales Executive specialized in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Management to expand our client portfolio and strengthen our comprehensive solutions in regulatory compliance, audits, diagnostics, engineering, environmental management, and industrial training. This position requires a consultative mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and industrial sector experience to identify risks, detect compliance gaps, and advise clients with technical solutions aligned with STPS, SEMARNAT, and Civil Protection regulations. Key Responsibilities * Identify client needs related to NOM-STPS compliance, safety programs, technical studies, and training. * Identify opportunities in environmental management, waste management, COA (Certificate of Environmental Compliance), permits, and environmental audits. * Prospect and onboard new industrial clients. * Conduct technical visits, interviews, and gap analyses. * Develop technical-commercial proposals. * Manage the full consultative sales cycle. * Maintain up-to-date CRM, sales pipeline, and forecast. * Coordinate with internal technical teams to validate projects. * Represent RECIO ENERGY in executive meetings and presentations.
