




We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for the Baja California and Ensenada areas. Responsible for planning cleaning tasks, assigning personnel, quality control, and managing materials and resources. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Supervise and direct cleaning staff:** Assign tasks, monitor task execution, provide training, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with cleaning standards. * **Plan and organize work:** Develop schedules, assign tasks according to needs, manage resources, and ensure cleaning efficiency. * **Control cleaning quality:** Conduct inspections, identify areas requiring improvement, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to cleaning standards. * **Manage materials and supplies:** Place orders, maintain inventories, control expenditures, and ensure necessary resources are available. * **Personnel management and recruitment:** Perform candidate profiling, recruitment, and hiring. * **Maintain communication:** Exchange information with cleaning staff, management, and, in some cases, clients. * **Safety and hygiene:** Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, provide training on chemical and cleaning equipment handling, and implement preventive measures to avoid risks. * **Customer service:** Resolve cleaning-related issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. * **Continuous improvement:** Identify areas for improvement, propose new cleaning strategies, and seek ways to optimize processes.
