Web, Platform, and App Development (Software) **Objective:** Maintain optimal functionality of sales channels and digital educational products. * **Web development and maintenance:** Program, update, and ensure stability of the corporate website and online store (e-commerce), guaranteeing proper integration with payment gateways and billing systems. * **Educational platform management:** Administer backend and frontend of platforms where students and teachers access digital content (resources, online assessments, supplementary materials). * **Application development:** Lead the development of mobile apps (either by direct programming or coordinating external vendors) as supplements to textbooks. * **UX/UI:** Ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for high school students and educators. B. Infrastructure, Networks, and Support (Hardware) **Objective:** Guarantee that daily office and warehouse operations never halt due to technical failures. * **Network administration:** Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and routers, ensuring stable and secure connectivity. * **Equipment maintenance:** Manage inventory of computers, printers, and servers, including preventive and corrective maintenance. * **Technical support (Help Desk):** Address and resolve technical incidents reported by staff (email, access issues, software, and servers). * **Cybersecurity and backups:** Implement security protocols and perform periodic backups of databases and servers.
