We are a logistics company specializing in last-mile delivery for courier and parcel services, seeking Operations Supervisor (Dispatcher) Location: Tecnológico Industrial Complex (behind Periférico Oriente, near Price Shoes) Schedule: Rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM; one day off per week. Requirements * Technical degree or preferably a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics and operational route monitoring at a distribution center * Strong communication and team coordination skills * Proficiency in Excel Responsibilities * Manage resolution of delivery-related incidents * Monitor field staff, vehicles, and routes * Operate tracking software * Ensure merchandise shipments comply with established standards * Support orders with data inconsistencies accompanying products to maintain operational flow and meet scheduled deadlines * Record payroll-related incidents for operational staff * Supervise personnel We offer * Salary: $16,000 gross + performance and route-compliance bonuses * Statutory benefits from day one * Additional benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance Work location: On-site employment
