We seek a person passionate about construction, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and adherence to timelines. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD * Knowledge of vertical construction using formwork * Understanding of construction processes and their stages **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and monitor progress in execution of rebar installation, steel placement, formwork, and concrete pouring for residential units * Verify the construction schedule, ensuring compliance with established timelines * Inspect the quality of completed work according to technical requirements * Supervise and ensure quality throughout construction processes **We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:** * Proactive, with initiative and attention to detail * Capable of working collaboratively and towards shared objectives * Enjoys working onsite and contributing to continuous improvement of the construction process **We Offer:** Competitive salary plus statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco
