Position Objective Ensure the administrative, accounting, and financial stability of the company, guaranteeing compliance with tax and regulatory obligations, proper management of resources, and generation of reliable information for decision-making by the General Management. 2. Scope and Key Responsibilities Accounting and Taxation - Coordinate the accounting recording of all company operations. - Ensure accurate preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. - Monitor compliance with tax obligations (income tax, VAT, withholdings, etc.). - Coordinate with external advisors as applicable. Treasury and Cash Flow - Manage bank accounts, credit facilities, payments, and collections. - Prepare projected and actual cash flow statements. - Propose strategies for efficient use of financial resources. Costs and Budgets - Define and monitor production costs jointly with Operations. - Prepare annual budgets and periodic reviews (forecasting). - Analyze profitability by customer, channel, product, and project. General Administration - Coordinate payroll, employment contracts, and operational coordination with the Human Resources department (if applicable). - Supervise administrative procurement, general services, and control of operational expenses. - Ensure administrative document filing and record control. Internal Control and Reporting - Design and monitor compliance with administrative and financial policies and procedures. - Prepare periodic reports for General Management (financial statements, key performance indicators, risk alerts). - Support internal and external audit processes. Interdepartmental Coordination - Operations: costs, equipment investments, financial impact of operational decisions, maintenance and project budgets. - Commercial: payment terms, credit limits, profitability analysis by customer and channel, collection follow-up. 3. Position Description (Profile) Position: Administration and Finance Manager Reports to: General Manager Direct Reports: Accounting, treasury, collections, accounts payable, expense control, and general administration, depending on organizational structure. Academic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Required Experience - Minimum of 5 years in similar managerial or supervisory roles within administrative–financial areas. - Experience in industrial or food companies is desirable. Technical Knowledge and Skills - General, tax, and cost accounting. - Cash flow management, budgeting, and financial statement preparation. - Proficiency in ERP or administrative–accounting systems. Soft Skills - High degree of reliability, organization, and confidentiality. - Analytical ability and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
