You'll join a team that works hard, supports each other, and celebrates success together. * 10 days of accrued PTO in the first year * 6 US holidays plus your birthday off **Role Overview** The Maintenance Dispatcher is a remote people\-leader responsible for driving daily performance from our field maintenance technicians while ensuring work orders are scheduled, dispatched, and completed on time and to standard. **Key Responsibilities** * People Management \- set and reinfornce daily expectations for technicians. * Coaching \& Development \- provide direct feedback in real time to correct issues and improve performance. * Holding direct reports accountable to performance metrics * Schedule and assign maintenance technicians based on skill set, location, and workload to ensure timely completion of all work orders. * Monitor technician progress, update job statuses, and communicate changes across teams in real time through company systems (AppFolio, Podio). * Communicate proactively with residents to confirm appointments, share updates, and manage expectations. * Review technician timecards, materials, and notes to verify accuracy before billing or closing work orders. * Track KPIs such as response time, completion rate, and scheduling accuracy to support continuous improvement efforts. * Collaborate with the maintenance team to adjust coverage, resolve scheduling conflicts, and identify process enhancements. **Required Qualifications** * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or maintenance coordination. * Proven ability to manage and dispatch **3\-5 technicians at once** while minimizing downtime or overlap. * 3 years of direct people management experience in a performance\-driven role, including coaching, holding standards, and documenting corrective action. * Solid understanding of maintenance operations, repair timeframes, and material/labor costs. * Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Reliable high\-speed internet connection (50\-100 Mbps download / 10\-20 Mbps upload), dual\-monitor setup, and functioning camera/microphone. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience using work order management systems such as AppFolio, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms. * Experience leading field\-based or trade/service teams * Prior experience in property management or facilities maintenance. * Background in customer service or client communications. **Ready to Apply?** =================== If you're ready to bring structure, communication, and efficiency to our maintenance operations, we'd love to meet you. **Apply today** and join a team that believes in doing things right\-the first time, every time.
