The Junior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for transforming business goals and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and functional visual experiences. They will collaborate with international teams to define the user experience of digital products that power the global creator ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** · Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. · Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and consistent design systems. · Participate in ideation sessions, usability testing, and user validation. · Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure coherent implementation. · Use artificial intelligence to generate design variants, microcopy, and workflow improvements. · Prepare design deliverables for demos and product presentations. **Requirements, Education, and Experience:** · Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field. · Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and digital interface design. · Knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility, and mobile experience. · Ability to work in agile and multicultural environments. · Interest in using generative AI and creative automation tools. · Recent graduate or currently in the final year of study. · Desired knowledge and/or experience in programming with Cloud Code. **Personal Skills:** · Creativity and flexibility. · Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. · Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a dynamic, product-oriented environment.
