




BESTA, a leading company in the automotive leasing industry, is seeking your talent as: ***Sales Administrative Assistant.*** **Objective:** Provide administrative support to the commercial department by handling, recording, tracking, and controlling activities to ensure efficient and effective execution. **Requirements:** Education in Administration or related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork. Intermediate Excel proficiency. High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and attention to detail. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 6 months or more of experience in Administrative Departments / Automotive Dealerships. **Responsibilities:** Generate insurance policies and verify data. Register vehicles in the system. Generate leasing contracts. Manage file records. Request and manage inventory of materials required for vehicle deliveries. Conduct vehicle inventory. Request invoices and invoice letters from the dealership. Coordinate license plate registration for new vehicles. Coordinate quality tests. **We Offer:** Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Savings fund.
