




JOB MISSION: Ensure the accurate recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting and financial transactions, complying with current accounting, tax, and legal regulations, and generating timely and reliable information for decision-making. Job Functions and Responsibilities: * Record and supervise daily accounting transactions * Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns * Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings * Fulfill tax, labor, and administrative obligations * Maintain up-to-date chart of accounts and accounting policies * Analyze budget variances and propose corrective measures * Apply current accounting standards to the recognition of revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities; interpret their impact on financial statements * Participate in budget preparation; compare against actual results; analyze variances and underlying causes Requirements: * Certified Public Accountant * Minimum age: 28 years * Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant * Experience in tax audits * Financial statement analysis and interpretation We Offer: * Fixed monthly salary of $16,015 (pre-tax) * $1,601 punctuality bonus * $1,601 attendance bonus * $2,500 monthly performance bonus (KPIs) * 5% food vouchers * 3% savings fund * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
