




Requirements · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field · Advanced Excel skills · 1–3 years of experience in payroll, personnel administration, and accounting · Knowledge of administrative accounting systems and/or ERP systems · Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), INFONAVIT, and Income Tax (ISR) · Knowledge of IDSE, SUA, and REPSE Responsibilities: · Personnel roster administration (hiring and termination of staff) · Payroll preparation, calculation, layout, electronic stamping (timbrado), and invoicing · Management of hiring and termination procedures in compliance with applicable laws · Knowledge of legislation regarding employment contracts, severance payments, settlements, LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT · Operation of the NOI payroll system and preparation of reports · Validation of tax calculations (IMSS, ISR, ISN) · Management of IMSS forms (RT, medical leaves, letters) · Proactive · Organized · Responsible Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at MXN $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * NOI, IMSS, ISR, ISN: 2 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
