We provide a dynamic and collaborative work environment where each team member has the opportunity to grow and develop professionally. **We are seeking:** * Administrative Assistant **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school * Experience: Administrative knowledge of contract compliance, familiarity with tenders, and project follow-up with clients. * Availability to work throughout Guadalajara (GDL) and neighboring municipalities (per diems provided) * Preferably own vehicle for transportation (fuel reimbursed) * Willingness to travel **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring contract compliance with clients, tracking and collecting invoices, and monitoring sales with clients. * Monitoring tenders with clients * Monitoring projects with clients **We offer:** * Salary: MXN $13,000–$15,000 gross per month * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% salary registered with IMSS * Paid per diems Job type: Full-time, indefinite-term position Salary: MXN $15,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service Application question(s): * What is your desired monthly salary?
