Universidad Nicolas Bravo is seeking: Academic Coordinator for Health Sciences For the Chabacano campus (located near Chabacano metro station, along Calzada de Tlalpan) Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or Medicine // Master’s degree in Education, Teaching, or School Administration (preferred) * Minimum 1 year of professional experience delivering instruction in an undergraduate health sciences program * 2 years of experience in academic coordination or educational management * 1 year of experience managing professional practice placements and social service programs Responsibilities: * Develop, update, implement, and monitor the quarterly and/or semester academic calendar. * Coordinate the planning and implementation of instructional academic programs with faculty members (including syllabi, learning sequences, and lesson plans). * Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs for undergraduate Health Sciences degrees. * Ensure compliance with institutional and official curriculum requirements. * Supervise and ensure adherence to academic programs, calendars, and schedules. * Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching staff within the department. * Support and monitor faculty members’ academic performance. * Promote continuous professional development and ongoing training for teaching staff. * Guide and support students throughout their academic journey. * Address and refer academic, disciplinary, and clinical practice matters.
