Job Objective:
As a Relationship Portfolio Collection Agent, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have fallen behind on payments and establishing repayment plans that enable them to resume timely payments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Visit the residences of debtors who have applied for credit but failed to meet their payment obligations, in order to offer them various repayment plans.
* Recover overdue accounts.
* Provide respectful and friendly service to our customers.
* Inform customers of all benefits they enjoy when maintaining an up-to-date credit account.
* Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective equipment.
Requirements:
* Gender: Unrestricted.
* \-High school diploma.
* Flexible availability of working hours.
* Ability to operate a standard motorcycle.
* Excellent service attitude.
