**OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION** To efficiently and accurately pick products according to orders generated by the system, ensuring compliance with the quality, accuracy, safety, and time standards established by warehouse operations. **FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Picking orders within established timeframes * Locating, identifying, and collecting the products specified in orders using WMS systems or scanners * Assisting with supplier receiving and merchandise placement * Ensuring compliance with accuracy criteria (product, quantity) * Delivering products to the packing or shipping area as instructed * Participating in receiving, placing, and relocating merchandise when required * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area (5S) * Immediately reporting any damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled products * Supporting cyclic inventories or physical counts if requested * Complying with safety and hygiene protocols (5S) * Ensuring compliance with specific product handling regulations **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * Secondary education (minimum) * Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar picking activities in warehouses, distribution centers, or storage facilities * Basic use of scanners or inventory control systems * Handling of merchandise and product location * Good picking practices (FIFO / FEFO) * Preferred experience with high-value or regulated products **COMPETENCIES:** * Attention to detail * Order and discipline * Teamwork * Responsibility * Agility and accuracy * Adherence to procedures **WE OFFER:** * Gross monthly salary of $13,000 * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, insurance, vacation, vacation premium) * 5 additional days per year (4 paid personal days + 1 birthday day) * TOTALPASS agreement (gym discounts) **WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 10:00 AM TO 5:30 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)**
