Therefore, we invite you to join our team as: **IT Service Engineer** Requirements: * 2 years of experience * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Networks, or related field (degree certificate required) * Intermediate English proficiency, preferably with certification. * Extensive knowledge of Information Technologies. * Flexible working hours (full-time) * Willingness to travel to other healthcare facilities within the city and metropolitan area. Responsibilities: * Address corrective and preventive reports for various installed applications. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment, servers, monitors, switchers, etc. * Carry out administrative tasks, complete service orders, submit tickets to the help desk, and close assigned tickets in the help desk system. * Deliver training to users of various installed applications.
