Manage center resources to ensure proper operation according to established policies and procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Train and coach center personnel. * Supervise and evaluate the performance of Supervisors, Group Leaders, Driver, and Collection Officer. * Analyze and define monthly targets for the center. * Implement strategies that promote discipline, results orientation, attention, service, and teamwork. * Keep subordinates informed about established policies and procedures, as well as possible * updates or changes. **Required Profile:** * Physical fitness required, as most work is performed outdoors. * Valid driver's license required. * Basic knowledge of traffic regulations and vehicle documentation. * Ability to identify basic mechanical failures. * Teamwork coordination skills. * Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative information for decision-making.
