




Supervise the sales team's collections, reconciling and validating daily the amounts recorded in forms and negotiable documents, as well as conducting field audits. Plan the daily sales launch by reviewing internal information (forecasts, inventories, KPIs) and external information (competitors, new products). Organize sales representatives' itineraries, scheduling visits based on customer importance and collection progress, while communicating objectives and commercial terms. Monitor the team's work plan execution; verifying customer coverage, evaluating order-taking effectiveness, and controlling efficient use of resources. Directly serve key customers and supervise the service delivered by the team, identifying needs and providing timely solutions. Drive new business opportunities; supporting customer prospecting, negotiating terms for reactivating inactive customers, and assessing market expansion.
