




Responsible for lead generation, customer prospecting, and managing the sales cycle. Negotiates and closes contracts while building long-term relationships. Works closely with the Pricing team to develop competitive quotations, coordinates with Dispatching to ensure capacity and operational compliance, and collaborates with the Operations Manager to guarantee customer satisfaction. ***REQUIREMENTS*** Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding. Experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracts. Experience in cross-border service companies (Mexico–U.S.) is desirable. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools for managing the sales cycle. Ability to prepare commercial proposals and coordinate with internal departments (Pricing, Dispatching, Operations). Intermediate–advanced English (proficiency test required). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build trust with clients. Proactivity and results orientation. Effective negotiation and persuasion skills. Organizational skills and ability to track commercial opportunities. Teamwork and adaptability. Willingness to travel occasionally (client visits, trade fairs, or meetings).
