




*This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Vacancy at SUPER TAKKO TORS in Arcos Vallarta – Guadalajara, Jalisco** A leading company experiencing continuous growth in the restaurant industry seeks candidates for opening and managing our branches: **Position: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** **Schedule: MIXED** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. * 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations (restaurants, hotels, industrial cafeterias, or catering services). * Strong leadership skills; personnel management and development expertise. * Experience opening new locations and managing more than three units. * Comprehensive understanding and application of operational KPIs. * Advanced proficiency in Soft-Restauran. * Knowledge of sales metrics, expenses, margins, profitability, turnover, and processes. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate branch operations. * Perform adjustments within and to the Soft-Restauran system. * General administrative tasks. * Ensure compliance with health and food handling standards. * Supervise branch staff. * Develop market strategies. * Guarantee adequate staffing coverage. **Skills:** * Leadership and communication. * Teamwork, people orientation, and development focus. * Results-driven work capacity. * Creativity. * Negotiation. * Customer orientation. * Organization and planning. **What We Offer:** * $18,000.00 MXN monthly (paid weekly). * Performance-based bonuses (covering four business units; branch bonus starting from the third month). * Opportunities for internal career advancement. * Statutory benefits.
