Deliver superior food and beverage service. Maximize customer satisfaction. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints. **Responsibilities • Duties** ° Organize and supervise shifts. ° Supervise all personnel under your responsibility. ° Ensure servers enter all orders into the POS system. ° Conduct daily briefings to prepare for shifts. ° Train new staff in best practices. ° Visit tables to assess customer needs. **Internal Relationships:** Management, Human Resources, Executive Leadership, Customers. **External Relationships:** Suppliers. **Job Profile** **Education:** Completed high school. **Age:** 25 years or older. **Gender:** No preference. **Training:** Culinary arts and administration. **Experience:** Demonstrable experience as a Server Captain or Floor Supervisor. **Specific Areas of Knowledge** **° Inventory management, FIFO (First-In, First-Out).** **° Personnel management.** **° Sales strategies.** **° Customer service.** **° PC proficiency.** **° POS experience (Wansoft, Soft Restaurante, Micros).** **Skills and Competencies** · Practical experience in restaurant service. · Basic knowledge of food and beverages. · Familiarity with customer service standards. · Excellent organizational skills. · Conflict resolution abilities. · Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment. · Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. · Team leadership skills. · Sense of urgency. · Orderliness and cleanliness. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (Midweek day off).
