We are experiencing continuous growth and are seeking a **Branch Submanager** with leadership skills and commitment to support operations and team development. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the Manager in the branch’s daily operations. * Supervise operational staff, ensuring task fulfillment. * Monitor key performance indicators (sales, service, costs, and inventory). * Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction. * Coordinate the proper implementation of quality, service, and hygiene standards. * Motivate and train the team on customer service and operational best practices. * Report progress, needs, and improvement opportunities to the unit Manager. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles (submanager, supervisor, or team leader in restaurants/retail). * Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and personnel supervision. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and results-driven mindset. * Availability for rotating shifts. **We Offer** * Base salary: MXN 12,500.00 * Statutory benefits effective immediately. * Monthly punctuality and attendance bonus. * Daily meal menu during your shift. * Special discounts across the entire brand. * Complimentary uniform. * Continuous training. * Internal career advancement opportunities.
