Requirements: oBachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in economics, business administration, or related fields. oMinimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in automotive or motorcycle dealerships or business units. oExperience managing sales teams. oIntermediate Excel proficiency. oInventory control and management. oTechnical knowledge of motorcycles. Responsibilities: oDeveloping sales strategies. oPreparing daily and monthly sales reports. oManaging inventory control. oInterviewing and training new staff. oOpening and closing the dealership. oHandling sales objections during closing.
