




Assistant Store Manager A leading telecommunications company in Mexico is seeking a Store Manager to work at the Movistar Customer Service Center. WORK LOCATION: REPÚBLICA DE URUGUAY 35, COLONIA CENTRO, CUAUHTEMOC, Key Responsibilities: \- Support coordination and supervision of staff; enhance organizational profitability by designing sales strategies. \- Monitor achievement of goals and commercial proposals, as well as ensure proper follow-up on processes across all departments. \- Manage the store’s sales team. \- Assist in employee training and development. \- Support customers with inquiries and problem resolution. \- Perform administrative tasks. \- Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding newly opened or closed positions. \- Adhere to store-level objectives.
