**Job Objective:** Ensure the proper development, execution, and compliance of the Portfolio of Projects’ Operational Program, optimizing resources and guaranteeing continuity, efficiency, and timely delivery of active projects. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Industrial safety experience applied to construction projects is desirable. * Knowledge of Lean Construction tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Monday, AutoCAD Viewer, and Microsoft Office. * Experience coordinating at least three projects using formal project management methodology. **Responsibilities:** * Plan pre-operational, operational, delivery, and project closure activities for real estate projects. * Develop, monitor, and control work schedules, coordinating with Projects, Permits, Legal, Construction, and After-Sales departments. * Identify operational risks and jointly design mitigation plans with the team. * Clearly and promptly communicate action plans to ensure operational continuity. * Prepare executive reports for management and involved departments. * Organize and oversee the operation of the project portfolio according to timelines, scopes, and priorities. * Promote and implement the Lean Construction philosophy in operational processes. **Competencies:** * Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Negotiation and effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. * Analytical capacity and strategic vision.
