





**We are a HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTING FIRM seeking talent for the position of Credit and Collections Manager** to manage, supervise, and ensure efficient portfolio recovery, as well as assess credit risks and maintain updated processes. This role requires analytical ability, operational leadership, organizational skills, and decision-making capability to safeguard the company’s financial health. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the end-to-end customer collections process. * Monitor due dates and develop portfolio recovery strategies. * Review and validate payment applications. * Control credit limits and assess financial risks. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on overdue portfolio. * Maintain up-to-date credit files and documentation. **Requirements** * Technical degree or completed/unfinished undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or Finance. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and Credit/Collections. * Age: 27–40 years. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced MS Office proficiency. * Proficiency in the **CONTPAQ** system. * Basic financial analysis skills. * Negotiation ability.
