Full Job Description The Position Ensure timely and accurate monitoring of Central Warehouse operations to guarantee service delivery to both internal and external customers, in full compliance with Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection requirements, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as reflected in local and corporate guidelines and applicable national and international regulations. Tasks and Responsibilities Appropriately utilize and/or manage the material and financial resources available to the Central Warehouse. Comply with and verify adherence to procedures related to Good Manufacturing Practices, Warehousing, Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection applicable to assigned activities. Attend training sessions relevant to responsibilities and activities, including Good Manufacturing Practices, Health, Safety, and Hygiene. Follow up on corrective and/or preventive actions arising from deviations, audit observations, and change control activities. Participate in the development and/or updating of procedures related to assigned activities. Support internal and external audits of the area. Support training and qualification of personnel. Ensure service delivery to internal and external customers by maintaining a physical presence on the shop floor to proactively identify and correct risks affecting operational continuity. Guarantee inventory reliability by monitoring processes and conducting investigations and corrections when necessary. Provide analytical and technical support to operators in problem resolution and in following up on investigations generated during operations. Review the status of the Warehouse Monitor and types of warehouses in transit to ensure that processes and transactions are completed correctly. Coordinate material supply between the Central Warehouse and external warehousing providers. Requirements: Mandatory Professionals holding a degree and professional license in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, Chemical Engineering, Administration, or a closely related discipline. Minimum of one year of experience in similar positions. Desirable Proficiency in SAP. Experience managing operational staff.
