About the Role: If you are seeking a role as a Maintenance Supervisor (RMT), you will supervise and coordinate electromechanical maintenance activities during assigned shifts within the Kinder Surprise (KS) and Kinder Chocolate (KC) areas, ensuring technical equipment availability, operational continuity, production support, effective inter-team communication, and compliance with safety, quality, environmental standards, and FOX methodologies. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the maintenance technician team in KS and KC. * Ensure full implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Verify availability of materials, tools, and resources required to execute the plan. * Maintain high standards of safety, quality, food safety, and technical availability. * Support the RDM in analyzing and improving key performance indicators: Technical Availability, OEE, MTTR, and MTBF. * Manage work permits, IPERC, LO/TO, and ATEX regulatory compliance. * Manage budgetary control (OPEX). * Implement FOX / TPM. * Lead RCA, DMAIC, or other methodologies in response to critical failures.
